6:10AM, 72F and above 90% humidity. I was so wet at the end of the run. The early hour is good in terms of low temperatures but the humidity is at its peek. At 8AM it is actually almost 80F but the humidity is down to about 70% or lower. I am not sure which is worth. Also the trail I'm running is almost totally inside a forest and I think it's even more humid under the trees than it is out in the open. The trail is wet and the land is still warm and the covering trees make is feel like you're running inside a greenhouse. Given that my pace was good (8:13 average).

My next race is a 5K and I'm actually quite excited to have another chance to try and break my PR of 20:46. My training will include lots of speed work.

I have actually run the past two mornings between 6 & 7, which is a wonder for me since I hate early runs. Both days I was excited to see temps at 70 and 68. But then the 90 - 95 percent humidity kicked in. You can almost feel water in the air as you breath it in.
