9:30 AM, cld but sunny. I was not too motivated going into this run. I kept a very nice pace on this dificult route but I didn't have fun. It's a little hard for me to be motivated recently. Maybe an after race syndrom.
This time of year can be tough to stay motivated with the holidays and colder weather but great job getting out it will pay dividends in the spring.
