Wanted to do track speed work but the school whose track I usually use is renovating the track, so I went to the Gym. Ran 6 miles in which I entered 4 800m intervals at 5K speed. I also ran the last two miles in a close to a tempo run speed. It felt like a good work out.

This actually concludes my training for the 5M race on Friday. I'm going to either run a slow 3-4 miles tomorrow or just go for a swim in the evening. Given that I have an annoying blister, I'll probably opt for the second option. |
