Gym speed work. I wanted to use the tracks but I had a very late start this morning and conditions at 9AM were quite horrible. I did a total of 5.45 on the treatmill and included 4 intervals of 0.5M at speed of 3:20-3:25 per half a mile.

It's now decided. My next race will be 5K on September 6th. Lots of speed work for me. |
