10:30AM, 48F cloudy and some light wind. I headed for the tracks for some speed work. Did 1 mile warm up at 7:53. Then I did 3 times 1 mile repeats (6:53, 6:51, 6:50) with 0.5 mile jog in between and at the end another cool down mile. 6 miles over all. I felt good and strong. The miles themselves were hard labor but not impossible.
