splits 5:33;5:30 (4 min rest); 5:27; 5:24 (4 min rest)

2X1 mile @ 78 pace

splits, 5:13; got about half mile on the second one and was done. 2:35 for the 800.

good overall workout, wish I could have finished it out, but got what I needed to accomplish. Legs are coming and will be 100% in due time.
