Letting the taper begin sort of.....

Cutting easy day run by 5 minutes this week and then of course no long run on Saturday. Should out me around 65 miles for the week, hopefully, thats the goal at least.

Excited to train a run a marathon with you next year!

Good plan. Soo many people take the taper way too far and cut their miles in half the week before or even 4 weeks before. Science is in your favor. All to do now is quality mental preparation! Have fun with the comeback you've established!

Trevor thanks man! It feels rightto do. In the past I have cut back way to much and my body just feels weird and it is way hard to get the body to respond. I feel after this marathon the comeback is official regardless of the outcome.
