Decided to do 6X 1 mile progressive

goal was to start out at tempo pace and drop 3 seconds per mile.

splits were- 5:19; 5:16; 5:13; 5:10; 5:08; 5:05. Rest was 2:30 jog

Workout was done on treadmill with 1% incline

Great way to start out the week.

Nice work. I was super impressed with how well you did dropping three seconds per mile and sticking exactly what you wanted until I saw it was on a treadmill. Still an impressive workout!

Thanks Matt!

Steve would've loved to have been outside but sadly the roads in north ogden are still pretty crappy. Better safe then sorry.
