Coached the Fremont team today in some hill workouts. Pretty solid workout for the entire team. Way excited for the progression that I have seen in short 4 weeks of workouts.

I warmed up 4.35 with the team and did 6 miles after.  Solid day and the legs feel fantastic even with yesterdays workout.

6:48 pace? That's got to be a non-running-with-Ken record for you for an easy day! Sounds like your legs did indeed feel good. Your progress is looking good Benny Van, keep it rolling.

What's this talk on your comment section yesterday about combining groups with Spencer's? You don't even run with the Ogden group anymore! haha.

Riley, agreed. I sort of distanced myself on purpose. Knee was hurting pretty bad, felt burned out for some reason and was pretty close to shutting it down for the year. Had to figure some things out mentally, but I think I am back on track and hope that you will accept me back into the clan ;-)

In the words of the mediocre band Creed "with arms wide open".
