Wanted to get a 10 mile run in today and to do 4 miles at marathon pace in the middle.  Wasn't sure what I was going to be able to do as I was pretty tired today.  The results:

10:44, 10:00, 10:32

8:59, 8:51, 8:45, 8:55

10:22, 11:12, 9:45

Mile 8 and 9 were a bit of a surprise..HILLS...went a bit off my regular route in order to get in my 10 miles..figure I gave myself some tough hills.  Good for the SF marathon next month!

Great job Barb! So, there are two places that I LOVE to go to get prickly pear lemonade: Tohono Chul Park (http://www.tohonochulpark.org/wordpress/) - which also has a great brunch, and an awesome gift shop, and The Arizona Inn (http://www.arizonainn.com/), which has a great bar ;-).

If you have time tomorrow (Thursday) - I would be happy to meet you at the Arizona in for lunch -- alternatively, we could meet on Saturday for lemonade at Tohono Chul Park (which is closer to you than the Arizona Inn)?

Hi Bonnie...welcome back! Sounds like you had a lot of fun in UT. Thurs is tough for me as I'm playing taxi for my kids. Saturday would be excellent. I'm doing a long run very early in the morning, but will be READY to taste some prickly pear lemonade! I know where the Tohono Chul Park is...what time works for you? I have a commitment in the evening, so early afternoon would be better for me. Let me know.
