Did 27 minutes of stairs this morning followed by a mile of jogging.  Heel is bothering me a bit.  Also tired as I didn't sleep well last night.

NO SUGAR! Oh but it tastes so good in my morning tea :-) Luckily I'm not a HUGE sugar fan. My husband is the addict. Thanks for your thoughts :-)
