Ran 2.51 in 31:16.  AHR 156, 77% Max, HR Range 148-163, 21:48 in zone, peak 177, cal 740 based on 232 lbs.  Ran in evening, temp a nice 60 degrees. Didn't walk at all until corner of warner and meridian.  Felt like I was running well.  Ignored HR monitor last 1/4 mile.

I used to live at Signall Butte and Southern, but I recently moved out to Queen Creek.
