Treadmill 2 miles .5% incline (didn't realize it didn't go all the way up to 1% until after), 22:50.  15:02 in zone, AHR 159, Peak HR 167, Cal 551, Brooks Addiction

After I got on the treadmill and had ran on a treadmill a lady got on the treadmill next to me.  She reaked of cigarettes and the addition of a very strong mint gum made it even worse.  I am glad you are trying to get healthy, but please don't do it right next to me.

Hey, what are the trees that all the yellow leaves are falling off of right now? Palo Verdes, right?

Yup, those are palo verdes. They can be a real mess. If they get a lot of water they can grow really fast, thats why you see a lot of those in landscapes. They don't tip over quite as easy as mesquites either.
