The best I have felt on a run in a long time. Got just a hint of what people mean when they talk about spring in there step. I think I need to pack my running gear in a bag, change right after work and hit a dirt path on my way home from work. I think the pavement is holding me back.
non-running observation: I don't think I have ever been in a home where there is a door between the kitchen and family room, yet every sitcom home has a door there. I guess it is more dramatic to open doors or something.
