It's funny you say that. Since January 17, I have been running 3 times a week and that was my plan after reading some couch to 5k programs. Sasha convinced me to run 6 days a week and I missed tuesday, so this is the first time I have felt guilty about missing a run since I started back. It's encouraging to see the mileage you post when you didn't start running at a young age. Gives me hope.
