Woohoo!  first time I have ran anything under an 11 mpm pace.  Felt like I was running faster than normal.  Right hamstring hurts, may give it a rest tomorrow, we'll see.

I have been surprised by how many rabbits I have seen. I've scared a few quail sleeping in the bushes. I usually run pretty late at night on pavement. Part of the route runs by undeveloped flat desert. A rock moved, so I looked closer and it was a toad. You speedy guys are running too fast to see the small rocks that move. Snakes should start coming out soon now that it is getting around 80 degrees at night.
