Had our group run at Daybreak lake tonight. I ran with Andrew, Erik, and Blake. It was a good run. Erik took us on his 6 mile loop dodging cars and lots of bugs.

5.59 miles in 43:04 (7:42/mi)

Pretty much my first time this year running at night. It wasn't that enjoyable, anyone else feel like it was really humid? I have so much homework due tomorrow, glad I got my run in though! Going to check out Herrimans course tomorrow with blake and greg. Hopefully Ill be able to go to the invite.

7 miles in the morning then I ran the Herriman Xc course with greg and blake. Hahaha what an awesome course...I can't wait to watch the kids on that course. Not that enjoyable.
