Had our group run tonight. I ran with Blake and Andrew, Erik and Sonya ran together. Its getting darker a lot earlier, I think Im going to buy a headlight. I couldn't see anything on the canal road coming back haha and the ducks kind of freaked me out. We ran Fish Hook tonight and it felt great. I am definitely at fault for pushing the pace after the first two miles but I felt good and wanted to push it.
