Today... SPEED WORKOUT! I actually liked this one too.. it wasn't like 1200,1000,800,600,400 and then again...no no no that is terrible! Today we did short distance stuff! Float the first 100m (curve) and sprint the 200m and jog the last 100m (4x's) Float the first 100m (curve) and sprint the 100m and jog the last 200m (4x's) Sprint the first 100m (curve) and jog the last 300m (4x's) (3 miles of speedish stuff) It went something like that well I just don't remember what we did in the middle.. that's all :)
