Just started running XC last summer with Coach Barnes at Riverton High. One year of long distance track, competing in all three distance events. Now on the Cross Country team at UVU for my freshman year of college.
Bike Workout 6X 2min speed on level 13 with 1 min rest in between on level 6 *Ran 10 minutes before the bike workout and it felt great!
