AM-5 miles easy along the Jordan river trail at 8-9min/mile pace.
PM-Easy 5 miles on the treadmill as it was already dark and traffic was heavy.
AM-Full body weight workout.
PM-Easy 4 mile walk/jog.
AM-Easy 3 miles on the treadmill.
PM-Easy 3 mile jog with some pickups at the end.
Six mile progression run with upper and lower body weights later on.
