AM-10 miles with 4 on the road and 6 at 10.5-10.7 on the treadmill. Body was not reponding to this one like last time. It makes sense because even though I was well rested, the morning weight on the scale was lower than usual (4.5 lbs) and the legs just overall felt sluggish. So probably a combination of accumulated fatigue, glycogen depletion, hydration etc. Needless to say I cut it short and called it a day..
