AM-Easy 8 mile wake up run. Hopefully get something longer in later today after family Christmas photos are done. It'll be interesting to see how they turn out this year.
PM-Easy 6 miles on the treadmill at 7/min pace.
Pretty successful week running wise even with some of the runs taken at some rather oddball hours. I think the most successful part of it was the fact that even though the mileage was high, the quality was still there in most aspects. Lots of higher end aerobic running coming at the end of progression runs insured that all muscle fibers were involved. This is causing me to start overeaching a bit in training now which is good as long I stay smart and follow with some easier down time later on.
