Church today, I was pretty much by myself but I guess that is to be expected in an all family ward.  Corbin Talley gave a great lesson as usual in Sunday school. He has a wonderful gift for really bringing the spirit into a room.  I wish I could go into some detail about the lesson but I just don't have time this morning.  Off to work:)

2x easy 30 min spin on the bike through out the day.  Too many little errands and plus I slept through my alarm. I don't thnk a bomb blast would have woke me up for some reason which is weird because I am such a light sleeper normally..
