Personal:
Easy to steady state run for nine miles up to Cottonwood Heights and back mainly along Van Winkle road. Felt tired at first but things picked up after a few miles. Getting older requires the engine to warm up for a while..
AM-Longer run for 12 miles today with 2x10 min at LT intensity effort. Two mile slow jog cooldown.
PM-Easy 4 mile recovery jog on the treadmill while waiting for laundry to dry.
Easy 4 mile recovery jog. Indoor track.
Ten mile run out to Cottonwood and back.
Easy 5 miles o/b. Vine/9th east.
11 miles easy to steady state at the indoor track today. Short recovery jog then weights later after work tomorrow planned.
AM-Easy 5 miles at the indoor track this afternoon.
PM-Weightlifting with some stretching after work.
