Six easy miles on 7th east this evening. Felt tired at first but then strong after warming up for a couple of miles. 60-75% mhr approximately at 104-136 bpm.  7:30-6:00/mile pace.  Aerobic base fitness is getting awesome considering the mileage. Hmmm...  Not sure what to think about these results lately, but I'll take it at face value until proven differently in a race or time trial.    Dark Horse out.

Not sure I understand...the heart rate thingy is telling you you're in good shape? Why go to the trouble, I could have told you that! :)

Some days I get low numbers for various reasons such as fatigue from high, slow mileage, maybe evn from aspirin or from something I have eaten, I dunno. On the other hand...

Please spread the word and let me know if you are interested... I don't want this to be a race and will be focusing on MP effort work on the downhill.
