Tough running today as it seemed tough to really get going in the beginning and that tells me that it's time to lay off the VO2 work and somehow find a way to get the miles in. Sasha ran very strong and that tells me that he has an excellent base to work with now.  With time throughout the season it is my hope that all FRB team members will make such gains also. Wouldn't be pretty cool to have a large pack of blue running after the chase vehicle through the entire race! Let's get to work and figure out how to do this. Maybe have some group runs on the weekends and do blog workout reminders like I suggested to Sasha.  I'm going to start right away and get in at least 80 miles in for next week.  Dark Horse out.

Nice job on the race. I also really like the idea about some weekend group runs.

I'm glad I could brighten your day on Cody's blog. And excellent job on the race- way to finish first from the FRB-ers.
