No run today as I really felt the need to devote myself to more spiritual devotions and to reflect on how I am going to prepare myself for the temple when the time comes. It's going to be a long tough road, but I feel a tremendous need to be there. It became especially apparent after I found some ancestral records of my family I never knew existed.  Listened to Music and the Spoken Word after church and then took a quiet nap after lunch.
