No particular goal Chad. A 2:50 is a solid but still reasonable time especially since So Jo is a pretty honest course. Good luck, and if things improve I may be able to run a good portion of it with you.

Thanks, I look forward to meeting you. From a logistics standpoint I would be more than willing to pick up your packet for you. Also, If sleeping on the couch is no issue, you are welcome to stay at my place. I am having my wife drop me off about a mile from the start to hit the "secret" potty and get in a little bit of a warm-up. Just let me know.
