AM-Easy 4 miles at 8.5-9.5 mph and then 4 at 10mph and 2 at 10.5 mph/1% incline. This time the right hip was bugging a bit muscular wise. Electrolytes?
PM-Easy/medium 6 miles total. TM. (38:43) 1% incl. Last mile at 1.5%. Need to get a heart rate monitor badly as I just don't think 6 second pulse counts really cut it..
