AM-Alternating effort run consisting of two sets of 2 at threshold and then 4 at MP effort. Followed this by 2 miles easy to cool down. About 5:52-5:58/mi MP effort and then 5:44-5:47/mi just bumping up against the line. Sub 2:40 marathon is definitely a realistic goal now:)
