Quite honestly, I think the terrain area that you guys have run on a regular basis is tougher both on the legs and cardiovascular wise. Unless I go above 20th east onto Wasatch. Coming down 1500 east into Sugarhouse park I felt like my legs were getting the crap beat out of em.. For what it's worth.
