Went to see the new film "W" today. It was nothing I expected in both a good and bad sense. It portrayed an imperfect man living and presiding in a very imperfect world.  Much like the writer of this blog entry.  I went in with an open mind and much to the disdain and opposition of family and friends.  In spite of it all I came out not with contempt but with a much different feeling and change of attitude toward our President.

Great to hear someone put it in perspective like that. I actually have wanted to see that movie since I have heard about it. I do have my misgivings about the past 4 years but I think history will be a true test of President Bush's success and failures not the liberal media with an agenda of negativity and contempt for the ideals this country was built on.

I have felt impressions that many of contentions that took place in the Book of Mormon shed a lot of light on the political, economic and social climate of America. Sometimes the only way to see is to be led by the spirit.

Okay, I will stop my rant and start talking about running. I have taken your advice and have picked up my mileage. Going to try to stay at 50 this winter. Also the pounds are slowly coming off.
