Just an easy 12 miles to work and back on the bike.  Brr.... It's starting to get a bit chilly now at night. Old man winter has entered the building.  Try some easy running tomorrow. 

I have a self imposed moratorium now; No more news financial or otherwise for a month as it's starting to get really depressing. Uplifting material only!  In light of that fact I think I'll take a nap now while I listen to some Beethoven. I really love his Eroica symphony for numerous reasons. One is that it has an interesting history behind Beethoven's motivation for composing it originally.     Dark Horse out.....

Steve, I just wanted to thank you for coaching us and helping us to do so well in St. George! I was sooo happy with my time - 3:31:07, especially in those conditions! I know it was from running with you and listening to your advise. Thanks!!
