Easy recovery for 7 miles. Just relaxed and let the body dictate pace. 7:30-8/min/mile. I actually made it to church today. Unbelievable.. But it was good experience for me as I'm finding myself more and more wanting to be on the right side of the line. We all know the world is just getting absolutely bonkers now days and the strength and peace I feel being there is the only thing that seems to make sense to me right now.
