Easy-medium 10 miles this afternoon after work. 7-8/min pace.   How is anything done easy in a 100 degree environment?  It's not really.  But fall is just around the corner..   Jordan river trail out and back.

The heat these past couple of days has just been painful. Can't believe I am wishing for cooler weather. Have you been able to get off work for TOU?

Doubtful, I just can't seem to get Saturdays off. I'm trying to find another position either inside or outside the company but I'm not having a lot of luck.:(

Nice job on finishing the 100 mi week in 100 degree weather. I'm sorry that the job is still being unreasonable. I hope you find the best resolution to the problem.

Nothing negative, it's just the nature of the buisness and they have to come first because they pay my bills.

Sounds like the right attitude to have.
