Easy 5 miles on the treadmill today with one mile at 5:39/ 1.5 % incline. HR and breathing effort at all speeds has come down a bit but anything faster than 10 mph seems a little rapid turnover wise.

 On a side note I am running Utah Valley this weekend!  Way excited to just be in it again.

The half Rob. I want to get a good bench mark of where my fitness is before tackling another marathon. Deseret News is coming also and I'd like to have a good chunk of training before that one. I don't want to spend too much time recovering before hand.

It's on the circuit and it's a half marathon - the hip race these days.
