AM-Slept 12 hrs last night!   Must have really needed it I guess.   Felt better today but a little dragged down by hay fever or a cold I'm not sure. No worries, after Wedenesdays run I feel really confident my fitness level is the best it has been in a while.  Easy 12 miles at 7:30-6:30/mile up and back to Dimple Dell road and Bell Canyon.

PM-Easy 4 miles on 7th east. 7-7:30/mile.

12hrs!!! I thought I was living it up with 8.5hrs. I hope it did the trick. I'm finally running some ok mileage again. Probably nothing too quick but if you are willing to really slow things down we should get together some time in June.

Wow, I wish I could sleep 8+ hours a night.

I usually only get 5-6 hrs.

Adam-I'd like that, When?

From Adam RW on Sun, May 31, 2009 at 12:33:24 from 98.202.223.65

I go through my phases. Some weeks it is 5-6 then 6-7. I try and get one day a week at 7-8. It is amazing how much better I feel when I'm in a 6-7hr week. I'll let you know about a time.
