AM-Easy 6 miles at 7-7:30. Heart rate is good just can't go any faster without ripping up this right hamstring. Maybe I'm just too old for this crap anymore and besides it's just not fun always struggling with this. But yet somehow I keep going and going hoping something will change. I'm wondering now if some hip abduction exercises will help out somehow. Stretching, IB, and ice just haven't been enough. PM-Easy 4 miles in 30 minutes and change. 7:34/mi. avg. Rail trail. 92 F.
