AM-5 miles in 32:35 with 16:50/15:45 for 2.5 each. One half mile at 5:34/mi pace at the end. Legs felt ok and were full with glycogen as the warmup was rather quick. I felt like I was on autopilot and became aerobic in less than a mile it seemed. This is a good sign I think as it tells me I'll be ready to rock in a week hopefully. Just gotta hold back now. |
