AM-4 easy miles at 7/min pace average with pickups to 6:30/mi. at the end. Quality to come later in the evening. I thinking of getting a dog for company. Anybody want a parrot?

Why can't you take your parrot for a run, don't they talk? Don't parrots make good dog food???? I miss running with our dogs terribly. Once we got them trained they were amazing company and always the eager running partner. Glad to see you running well!!!!!!!
