AM-17 mile long run with 2x5 miles progressive. 1 mile easy in between. 7th and Draper trail route out and back. This one kind of sucked today due to a back piriformis and ham muscle that kept wanting to lock up for some reason. Aargh!! Quads need work I think.. PM-Grabbed gatorade and stretched working it out and jogged for a 4 mile shakeout. Tired..
