PM-6 miles. High Aerobic Progression run. (38:42). Just watched Asbel Kiprop at a Diamond League track meet fall asleep in the third lap of a 1500m race only to come alive and outkick the field in the last 100m. Wow.. He is built like an absolute broomstick and makes me look on the heavy side..
