Nice run Steve. That's a fun course. When you drop so fast those first few miles then have to go uphill for a couple it makes it for an interesting run.

Are you running Des News next?

What are you running races planned for the summer? Des News is a quad buster - that's for sure. Once was enough for me.

Kory-Thanks, I ran the bottom portion of the canyon going really easy up and coasting down. I am thinking about it. I just can't afford the pricey entry fee that Ogden wants. Not worth it.. I need a solid base before the next one and that takes time. I'm not really sure that Des News is the right one either. Utah Valley looks appealing but not sure if I could run well there either.

Maurine-Des News does test a person I agree. That's one of the reasons I am drawn to it. Not for first timers that's for sure.. But lots of tradition and symbolism.
