| Busy week ended with a busy weekend. This morning I was planning on meeting up with a friend to hike Timpanogos. However, we decided to hit a higher peak to save the travel time. Instead we hiked to the summit of Pfiefferhorn. It was a great hike on a great day. But unfortunately back to work... The next 5 wk are going to be a killer. Next grant deadline Oct 12th... I hope that the renewed running helps me stay sane. |

Sub 6? Yes. Did the Sunnyside commute run into work. Will try and work in some harder stuff once or twice a week as I continue to improve. This mornings "harder" stuff came with a surge down Sunnyside. I would say it was ~90% effort. I hit a 5:48! Very happy about that, now to string 26 of those together :)... Avg. 8:24
