| Nice race around Pleasure Bay finishing in the castle. The American Diabetes Association is one of the bigger meetings I attend in the 10s of thousands. They have a 5K that is actually very well attended. The course was flat and the weather was nice I just didn't quite have it after the higher mileage since arriving here and altered schedule. Had three people pass me in the 2nd mile and 2 more in the final mile. But it was still a good run. Did a two mile warm-up with Kirk.
