Long Monday, but got a little done. Opted for one hard mile in my home loop. Made it mile 4 of the '08 SLC marathon course. So it was aided to say the least but very happy to finally get under the 5:10 mark. Next to go is the 5 min mark...

You should try that mile it is fun, just a little hairy near the McDonald's if there is any traffic.

Quick question, what is Plank: 2:##? I'm assuming it is referring to core strength exercises. Is that 3x that time, a single hold, both straight or with each side?

the plank time is referring to a single hold, stabilized on the elbows/forearms and toes. i am trying to get to 5:00, but it might take awhile...

Looks like progress in the right direction. For my PT I was doing only 30sec holds but on the straight and then each side. Let me tell you, the sides are VERY difficult!
