Fortunately, unfortunately I'm not yet an ultra runner. Otherwise I would have had to have been up at 4AM to start my 32 mile run this morning. Instead and more related to the fact that I have three sniffly head girls at home I slept in this morning and just did the campus commute run. I think next year though I'll have to run the 33... 5 mi Avg. 9:28 HR 130

Happy birthday?

Remember, 32 is the new 21, especially in your case where you could whup most 21 yr. old's in a foot race!

Yep. Happy Birthday. My daughter's as well. It is going to be hard for my wife to top that gift this year :)...

I assume this means it's your Birthday. Happy 32nd! Instead of running a mile longer every year wouldn't it make more sense to reward yourself for getting older and run a mile or half a mile less every year? I am just afraid of what would happen when you get to 70.

Happy Birthday Adam. I'm always waiting for others to take my birthday challenge.

Good mileage this week too.

From Adam RW on Fri, Dec 18, 2009 at 13:37:11 from 155.101.152.103

Thanks guys.

Fritz, for me the reward is more. I'm a controlled mileage junky. Also, not being as fast as others sometimes more instead of faster is my goal.

Clyde, if the inversion doesn't kill me my plan is for 78 this week my highest since the week of Aug 10 2008...
