Decided I needed a break. I slept in until 7am to get a full night's sleep and then worked from home. By about 3pm I needed a break and did a stroller run with Kaitlyn. We ran to and did four loops of SugarHouse Park then the long way home. Now back for a few more hours of work. Avg. 7:49 HR 157

Gotta love the days you can sleep in.

From Adam RW on Tue, May 12, 2009 at 22:28:01 from 98.202.223.65

I just wish there were more of them. I'm sure you do too.

From Jon on Tue, May 12, 2009 at 22:29:54 from 75.169.150.163

I get to sleep in till 5:50 on Thurs and maybe Fri. Does that count?

From Adam RW on Tue, May 12, 2009 at 22:32:10 from 98.202.223.65

Only if you go to sleep before 10pm. I'm in the 5.5-6.5 sleep range but would like to be in the 6.5-7.5 range. If I'm not mistaken you are normally in the 5-5.5 sleep range...

isn't the life of a postdoc fun? did you get one of your grants funded? I am planning on doing DN10K this year, are you doing it again? how's the research going?

We should call ourselves the "SD FRB-ers"- Sleep deprived.

Sleep is for wimps!

From Adam RW on Wed, May 13, 2009 at 22:55:55 from 155.101.241.82

I'm being wimpy this week. The problem with getting sleep a few days is that you realize how tired you are the rest of the time. Back to "normal" routine tomorrow. The good thing about are sleepless life style is that we are always ready to run a Ragnar Relay...

From Adam RW on Wed, May 13, 2009 at 22:57:16 from 155.101.241.82

Redrooster, That is currently the plan. We'll see what happens. The post-doc this fine it is the not being able to say no to a project. If I could just focus life wouldn't be so hard. But for example I am currently working on 7+ projects and three of them have deadlines at the end of the month.
