6.5 continuous hrs of sleep. That is always nice. The day was a beautiful spring day meaning it was mid-50s F and rained on my the entire run. Much more of a drizzle and actually felt pretty good. I did a new loop from work, past Chad's up Memory Grove and then did about 1.5 miles of trails before hitting the road to finish things off. Both of the miles that included trail portions were slower than 9min otherwise a pretty nice (EASY) pace. Avg. 8:43 HR 141

Hey, you are above me on the mileage board! You must be improving.

Jon,

No. It is just I am a different religion and run on Sundays. I cheat. It was great, Easter Morning my gift was I was the top on the mileage board for a few hours. It had been a while since I was first...

In all seriousness, I'm happy with my improvements but still not happy with the lack of speed and/or pain free runs. Knee is always a little sore just not in pain like it used to be.

Yeah, I saw you on top of the mileage board on Sun. 8 miles, with no one else having run.
